Advantages
  • The asset is not owned and is not included in fixed assets
  • It keeps the company rating high as it does not affect financial exposure
  • According to the provisions of Basel 2, it appears in the budget as a current expense and is configured as a service fee
  • It's also possible to include in the fee: maintenance, consumables and recommended spare parts
  • All risk insurance included (theft, fire, electrical damage, etc.)
  • Maintenance of company liquidity
  • Customisable rental duration (from 24 to 60 months)
  • 0% initial deposit (20% as a deposit which will be returned upon testing)
  • 3% to the final redemption paid by the supplier (therefore optional for the customer who wants to keep the asset)
  • First instalment 30 days after delivery of the asset
  • Rental fee for each individual instalment 100% deductible for tax purposes (ires and irap)
Minimum requirements
  • Company seniority of at least 2 years
  • Copy of the signatory's identity document, front and back
  • Copy of the signatory's tax code
  • Quotation for the asset to be rented
  • Chamber of Commerce registration certificate
