The RC-2000 drum and IBC filling machine is a solution designed to guarantee maximum precision, safety and flexibility in liquid dosing operations. It is suitable both for standard environments and for contexts with a risk of explosion, thanks to the ATEX Zone 2 certified version, designed for handling flammable or sensitive products.

During the filling process, the automatic nozzle lifting system follows the liquid level, reducing foam formation and preventing the generation of electrostatic charges. To support operational safety, the machine is equipped with an extraction hood positioned above the filling mouth, which helps keep the working area clean and controlled.

The RC-2000 integrates numerous systems designed to make the operator's work easier and increase production efficiency:

• Anti-crushing system during the nozzle descent.
• Semi-automatic centring of the filling mouth, also ideal for drums with small openings.
• Advanced control software storing up to 50 recipes and managing 3 different container formats.
• Handling and adjustment on three axes (X, Y and Z) to make full use of the scale platform and allow the filling of up to 4 drums per pallet.

The machine can be equipped with a weighing platform up to 2000 kg with 1 kg division, available with or without metrological approval.
